The gym is nice and very spacious. I signed for a training session back in May and the trainer was extremely nice. I went through some financial issues and she was nice enough inform to manager pause the sessions for a few weeks even though I wanted to cancel. Now almost 4 months later the gym is still charging my account the training sessions I'm not using. I attempt to the gym to physically the training manager is never there and I've tried to call multiple times, Noone ever calls back. I speak with a Mel and her word meant nothing becuase she did not do anything she said she was going to do. I would like a refund for the sessions i haven't used but I know that would never happen with these greedy corporate gyms like Crunch. All these people care about is charging you and not truely helping the person for wellness. They'll over charge you and charge a session not being use. Even though someone is going been going through struggles, they truly don't care. It's been a horrible experience. Never sign for trainging sessions, horrible commitment and service provided.

Nice space friendly and exciting staff! Great community cross promotion clean bathrooms hot showers. Love Amir's energy and service style! He calls me Dr. D and gives me a hug every time I come in! ❣️

Super nice gym, clean atmosphere, welcoming staff, great amenities. This is an all around awesome gym. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Brand new and looks great! Has a ton of equipment! Worked out with the trainer Danielle, she is wonderful and a great motivator. Would’ve given an extra star but they weren’t honest with total body scan when signing up for the Kickoff trainer sessions, despite my multiple efforts of telling them I only want the body scan.

I became a member because of this location. The price is great, and you really get a lot for it, including top machines, solid equipment, and amenities like a sauna and tanning. There’s such a wide variety of equipment that even when it’s busy, you usually don’t have to wait much, which is rare. I do not know how busy it gets on a Monday at 5pm though. Overall this gym seems pretty busy all around the clock. My only concern is that this place might get REALLY overcrowded in the next months. If that happens, it could be a dealbreaker for me, because I can’t stand spending time waiting for equipment to become available. But so far, it’s been an excellent location. I’ve found myself staying longer and spending more time here than at other gyms. Overall, it’s a great spot. And if you don’t mind (or can overlook) a bit of fake bromance that the team is clearly encouraged to live and breathe, this is definitely your place.
